UKM

i am getting angry with the management of UKM
i thought i will get my money soon
it is a month now
when i call
they pass with the other part
i am getting confused
is it i will get my money back???
if somebody get mc
is it the others will not know anything except her/him???
what if it is an emergency case...
yeah, it happens to me now
when i call
they said the person who manages this is holiday right now..
emmm...
i feel weird n weird...
i have been mentioned that my money will bank in but now they said i need to wait approved letter from them...
emmm...
